Project Details
The project consisted of structural masonry repairs over existing steel-frame and concrete-shear-wall construction. Brick masonry and terra-cotta pilaster caps were removed and replaced to exposed existing structural steel framing, to repair damages to existing steel columns and beams, to remove existing rust exfoliation and to protect structural steel from future water damage.
