Highlights

All of the existing concrete topping, pavers, plants, planters, fountains, tree wells, stairs, etc. were removed from the deck to expose the existing structural concrete.

Biggest Challenge

This unique project is a multi-phased plaza renovation project. An existing membrane failure and extraordinary leaks forced the Owner to renovate the plaza.

Project Details

The construction included new sloping for the entire plaza, new drain locations, waterproofing membrane (Laurenco) over the entire surface horizontal and planter wall surfaces, drainage layers, and precast and paver finishes. The extensive detailing from the design covered all aspects of the project.
