Project Details
The topping slab concrete and landscaping was removed to the failed waterproofing. Once existing waterproofing removed concrete was patched and surfaces shot blasted in preparation for new waterproofing. Tremco hot rubberized asphalt waterproofing was applied along with protection course and drainage matting. Installed stainless steel counter flashings and new silicone sealant at all transitions.
