Project Details

Cleaned and painted the existing precast panel system on the façade of 601 California. Installed the Sika 670W system in a clear opaque finish to achieve the goal to protect the existing exposed aggregate finish of the panel system.The project was completed in 6 month period. Simpson Gumpertz and Heger worked with the Sika Corporation to design a system that would showcase the exposed aggregate while protecting the long term viability of the façade.
