Highlights
This was a complete renovation of two 7th-floor patio decks in one of San Francisco’s premier office buildings.
Biggest Challenge
Removal of 22,000 sq ft (270 yards) of concrete topping in a fully occupied, 42-story building without disturbing the tenants.
Project Details
Twenty-two thousand sq ft of existing concrete topping and waterproofing were removed. The existing site drains were replaced; Laurenco sheet waterproofing was installed . The project was completed with Hanover 3’x 3′ precast pedestal pavers, new landscaping, and furniture.
