Biggest Challenge
The size and detailing of the ornamentation at the roof. Tracking all concrete repair unit prices – just the overall size of the roof. The Dome!
Project Details
A 220,000 sf + concrete barrel roof with ornamentation of trellis, medallions and ridges. 100% removal of the existing coating systems, followed by extensive concrete crack and spall repairs. Finally, application of the fully reinforced Sika RoofPro coating – custom color: Marin Blue.
