Project Details

Rainbow restored the entire facade of the 995 Market Building complete. The Market Street and 6th Street Facade consisted of window wall sealant removal and replacement. Silicone tape was installed to the window mullion joints. The Stevenson Street and neighboring facades consisted of brick masonry repointing and repair, terra cotta repointing and spall repair as well as wood window restoration. Restoration at the roof level consisted of the repair and repainting of steel framed skylights and glass. Rainbow put the finishing touches on the building by painting the wood window frame and sash, steel skylights, painting the south facing brick facade and cleaning the exposed terra cotta and aluminum window wall system using chemical cleaners manufactured by Eaco-Chem. Facade repairs were completed in eight calendar months
