Project Details

The project involved various maintenance repairs throughout the building. Repairs included removal of EIFS and existing deck coating at the base of the penthouse walls, install new flashing, densglass, EIFS at wall and tieing new flashing to the existing deck coating. Repairs were also performed in the vehicular ramp where cracks were repaired using Sika 22 LoMod epoxy surfacing. Othere repairs included sealant joints in the brick pavers along the building perimeter, install new trench drain along planter walls and replace defective sealant.
