Project Details
The project scope included the following remedial processes: pre-cast spall repairs, removal and replacement of pre-cast to pre-cast caulking and window perimeter caulking, and chemical cleaning and sealing of the precast façade panels. In addition, the glass was polished where hard-water spots had etched the glass. Plaza paver remediation included color matching and concrete-spall repair, and planter waterproofing.
