The project included installation of the following:

  • W.R. Meadows waterproofing at the new elevator pit and core of the new structure
  • Carlisle hot rubberized asphalt at foundation walls and patio deck
  • W. R. Meadows fluid applied waterproofing at new retaining walls
  • W. R. Meadows sheet vapor barrier at new slabs and walks
  • Sika sealants at expansion joint in new concrete slabs
